This resort spa is a hidden gem in a tranquil jungle setting, great for animal lovers and a peaceful getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family and accommodating dietary needs impressively. However, some features of the hotel are showing age, and the dining experience was inconsistent as we preferred to eat elsewhere for dinner after the first night.
