This resort spa is a hidden gem in a tranquil jungle setting, great for animal lovers and a peaceful getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family and accommodating dietary needs impressively. However, some features of the hotel are showing age, and the dining experience was inconsistent as we preferred to eat elsewhere for dinner after the first night.

Our stay at the hotel was overall a great experience. The location is fantastic, just a short ride from the beach and close to the National Park, which was a highlight for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, though some amenities could use a little attention. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though we encountered a minor hiccup with our initial check-in.
